The POP-OUT Trial is funded by the NHMRC.  The investigators at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital are:- 

Ms Hala Phipps, senior research midwife.  Hala has extensive experience in multicentre clinical trials and is primary investigator for the POP-OUT Trial.  hala.phipps@email.cs.nsw.gov.au  

Clinical Professor Jon Hyett, materno-fetal medicine subspecialist.  Jon is an active academic at the University of Sydney and a supervisor for the POP-OUT Trial. 

Dr Joanne Ludlow, senior staff specialist obstetrician is site investigator at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, NSW.

Dr Brad de Vries, staff specialist obstetrician.  He conceived the idea of the POP-OUT Trial and is a supervisor for the Trial.  bradley.devries@sswahs.nsw.gov.au

Investigators at participating hospitals are:-

Dr John Pardey, visiting medical officer, Nepean Hospital, NSW.  Dr Pardey has been practising manual rotation for many years and the POP-OUT Trial would not have begun without him.

Dr Andrew Bisits, senior staff specialist obstetrician, is site investigator at the Royal Hospital for Women, NSW.

Dr David Kowalski, visiting medical officer and specialist obstetrician, is site investigator at Canterbury Hospital, NSW.

Dr Sabrina Kuah, staff specialist obstetrician is site investigator Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide, SA. Dr Kuah has been practising manual rotation for many years and without her, the POP-OUT Trial would probably never have reached completion.

Dr Felicity Park, staff specialist obstetrician, is site investigator at John Hunter Hospital, NSW.
