Caesarean section:

A caesarean section is an operation where the baby is born via a cut in the mother's abdomen instead of through the vagina.  The purpose of the POP-OUT Trial to test if a manual rotation can reduce the chances of a caesarean section, forceps, or vacuum delivery.
